Science Brewer
Today, in the
36th ScienceBeer, Judith was our Science Brewer. Judith is a PostDoc in TU Dresden and works on Air Transport Technology and Logistics.
Today Judith explained the effects of condensation trails on us and our environment. These beautiful trails which mark the footprint of airplanes in the blue sky are greenhouse gases and can indeed endanger the environment. However, the time of the day, the length of the flight, the direction of the flight, the air temprature, the humidity and many other factors directly influence the effectiveness of these trails.
