Science Brewer
Today, in the
35th ScienceBeer, Ulrike was our Science Brewer. Ulrike is a PostDoc in HTWK Leipzig and works on economics and industrial engineering.
Today Ulrike told us about all the work which should be done to set up trade measures such that the environment can be protected but nobody is discriminated. The World Trade Organization has a lot of measures to ensure the freedom of trades, yet these freedom may hurt the environment. Changing the existing measures may in turn hurt the traders, specially from developing countries.
