Today, in the
30th ScienceBeer, Aylin was our Science Brewer. Aylin is a PostDoc in Technical University of Dresden and works on Chair of Medical Systems Biology.
Cancer is by far one of the hardest diseases to treat.
Various methods and medications are developed to address the cancer cells, however, certain types of cancer appear differently in different patients.
Today Aylin explained us a new method of treatment which will be adjusted for each individual patient.
Using an intensive profiling of patients characteristics, a personalized medicine/method will be prescribed.
