Today, in the 10th ScienceBeer, Andres was our Science Brewer. Andres is a PhD student in TU-Dresden and works on Compiler Construction. In the 10th ScienceBeer Andres explained the important role of compilers in the modern computers' performance. Now we know how computers accomplish more tasks in less time. We learned about critical paths in applications runtime, and how a bad task division may turn to a bottleneck which impede the performance of whole system. And last but not least, we learned all of these facts via a delicious Salvadoran food, called Pupusas. Thank you Andres.
